Many FAQ (frequently asked questions) pages are little more that a full page advert for the website to which they belong. Our page is constructed to reveal questions which were actually asked by enquirers. Some of these enter areas where other sites prefer not to go.

For settlement visas, yes. It is done in conjunction with the online application. We will take care of this on behalf of the applicant.

Yes, our Thai manager will explain and assist.
Does she need a medical examination ?
Yes, to check for TB. All applicants for Fiancee and Spouse visas need to undergo a chest x ray,     which has to be carried out in accordance with Embassy specifications. Our Thai manager will explain the procedure to your lady and if requested help book the examination and escort her to the clinic.
Will she have an interview?
Unlikely. The vast majority of our applications succeed first time and without an interview.
How long will it all take?
To collect requested information and documents approximately 4 weeks. Embassy processing after submission varies with the time of year but should fall within the range - Visit visas 2 - 10 working days. Settlement visas 20 - 30 working days. Please note some of the support documents are vital and although all requested documents should be readily available, occasionally delays in collection can occur. To protect your interests we will not advise submission of the application until all vital documents are received and added to the support folder. In the unlikely event that a sponsor should wish to ignore our advice and proceed prematurely, we will, of course, submit to his wishes, but a refund of our fee would not be available in the event of a failed application.
