ISSUE FULL SUPPORT DOCUMENTATIONIf you decide to use our service we will issue comprehensive support packs - to the sponsor in English and the applicant in Thai. ONGOING SUPPORT THROUGHOUT THE PROCESSOur UK and Thai staff are available by telephone, email and in person throughout the application process. We feel it is particularly important to have Thai staff available on the ground in Thailand to assist the Thai applicant and avoid him/her feeling isolated and uninformed. With settlement applications we offer personal assistance with the medical XRay and the English language examination. In all applications a member of our Thai staff will accompany the applicant to deliver the support document folder at the Visa Application Centre and assist with paying the Embassy fee and ID scans. Meanwhile back in the UK our English speaking staff are on hand to to deal with any issues which may arise, thus avoiding any necessity for untimely and often irritating attemps to contact key people in Thailand. PREPARE AND SUBMIT APPLICATIONWhen all requested information and documents have been collected we will prepare and submit the online application form on behalf of the applicant. We will prepare the support document folder and make it available for submission by the applicant. We will book the appointment after arranging a suitable time/date with the applicant and accompany her to the Visa Application Centre in Bangkok to facilitate submission. AFTERCARE SERVICEWe will track the progress of the application and let you know when the returned passport and documents are ready for collection. We will remain available to advise with travel to the UK and assist with any issues which may arise before, during or after the term of the visa. |
